Ronya was of the view that the main building at the top of the hill could be useful if it is turned into a hotel, given its privacy, view, quiet space and accessibility to all activities on ground including the theatre, restaurant, the library, the bar, drama workshop and any other activities that is likely to take place in Osogbo and its vicinity.
